Renowned storyteller Cath Little joins forces with Early Music specialist Anna Cristoni-Apel in ‘The Lady of Ogmore Down’, which combines live storytelling with evocative historical music. The young Norman heiress Lady Hawies de Londres sees injustice in her community and decides to act. She believes the local people deserve land of their own. Her stepfather, the lord of Ogmore Castle, agrees – on the condition that she can walk the boundary of the land she wants in a single day, and that she must do it barefoot. A story that celebrates courage, determination and fairness…
